The East Africa Community Alliance for Research & Development Excellence (EACARDE)  is the largest research community in East Africa.
It is a membership-based, non-profit platform and brings together researchers, research associations and institutions from the  7 countries of the EAC. EACARDE’s joint research programs cover the whole range of science, technologies, innovative studies as well as systemic and cross-cutting topics. EACARDE is implemented through various research platforms across the EAC  state members. Founding members are from the different states of EAC and also serve as organizing committee members   in EASYRIS. Below is the overview of the current projects implemented through EACARDE.
