EASYRIS
The goal of first East African Community Symposium on Research in Science, Technology and Innovative Studies (EASYRIS) is to provide a stage for researchers and practitioners from academia and business to discuss the hot topics that need to be engaged in order to achieve sustainable development for the EAC region.
EASYRIS SEMYWO
EASYRIS SEMYWO (See My Work) offers researchers from EAC local universities to publish their work in international conferences or journals. The registration fees and travel fees for researchers attending the conferences are waived by the partners of EASYRIS- SEMYWO. For international journals, the publication fees are also paid by the partners. The call for those papers is advertised and only selected papers are recommended for submission to those specific venues. EASYRIS SEMYWO-ICAEIC 2022 (Jeju Island, 13-15 July, 2022, South Korea) [CLOSED]
The team led by the steering committee of EASYRIS has worked closely with ICAEIC– 2022 team and other administrative offices to develop an agreement. To this end, selected conference papers recommended by EASYRIS will be submitted to ICAEIC 2022. The registration fees of accepted papers will be waived by our partners. Authors of outstanding papers will be sponsored to attend the conference in Jeju, South Korea from 13- to 15 July, 2022. EASYRIS can at maximum recommend 7 papers and each EAC member state can received sponsorship for only one conference paper.
Who can submit
Only papers whose first author is affiliated with an institution in EAC.
How to submit
Please send your paper to secretariat@easyris.org with the title “EASYRIS SEMYWO-ICAEIC2022 + Name of institution”. The secretariat of EASYRIS might ask addition document to double check your affiliation. The deadline for submission to secretariat@easyris.org is 10th May 2022, 11 pm EAT. The extended deadline to submit to ICAEIC for the papers recommended through EASYRIS is 22 May 2022. Please keep in mind that the papers submitted to EASYRIS will go through review by some members of EASYRIS team and only recommended papers will be sponsored.
EASYRIS SEMYWO-ICCS 2022 (Seoul, 3-5 November 2022, South Korea) [Closing on 15th July 2022]
The team led by the steering committee of EASYRIS has worked closely with IEEE ICCS– 2022 team and other administrative offices to develop an agreement. To this end, selected conferences recommended by EASYRIS will be submitted to IEEE- ICCS 2022. The registration fees of accepted papers will be waived by our partners. Authors of outstanding papers will be sponsored to attend the conference in Seoul, South Korea from 03- to 05 November, 2022. EASYRIS can at maximum recommend 7 papers and each EAC member state can received sponsorship for only one conference paper.
